Hymer caravans are handled by Colins Caravans on the A4 North of Aldermaston, not quite the SW I know.

Just remember that legally you can only tow those up to 230 cm [7'6"]wide with a car or 4x4 in the UK.
Specifically to tow above this the tow vehicle must be VIN plated over 3500kg laden weight; this in reality precludes all cars sold in the UK and driving on a car licence.

Thanks for all the replies, am checking them out now. We used to have a continental van and now have a Shogun V6 so not worried about the weight too much.

Yes, Nomes we're looking into it and much as I love your van Vickey I'm afraid the "extras" put me off LOL, my days of toddler rearing are well and truly OVER, phew!!!
