We went to Berwick for easter, when we got there discovered 1 of the handles for the rooflight had smashed off, cannot see a reason why, so presumed someone had forced it without pressing the button in when it was on show at the dealers (we bought the van new from Lowdhams last October, it was on offer as a 2007 model) anyway travelled from Berwick to Barnard Castle and the other handle snapped off, luckily the rooflight opens the correct way as not to snap off if opens when travelling. The great Duck tape came to the rescue!!!. Vans in for some warranty work next week so hopefully they will sort out the rooflight as well.
Has anyone else had any issues with their Heki?

Never had a problem with the Heki on ours, Must have been forced I would imagine by someone else,
What warranty work you having done? Ours has had to have a whole new cassette toilet door as it was never installed properly at the factory,
I also had a problem with my electric water heater but sorted that as it was just the prongs hadn't been tightened on the connectors,
Other than those 2 problems we love our Charisma

Hi, we stayed at Seaview, very nice but unbelievably windy the 1st night!
Our van is now in Lowdhams for the repairs and some more warranty work so hopefully will have it back next week.

We are going to Gibson Park 21st April for 4 days. I'm glad you loved it. Sometimes when you turn up and pitch . Then have a look about you see a better spec but it's too late then.Have you any tips as to what the best pitches are.
