I once tried to get a new gas bottle sticker for the locker on my caravan. Do you think I could get one? Not on your life but there is someone, somewhere producing them. Explorer Group wouldn't send me one, NCC wouldn't and there wasn't a single a caravan retailer that was even prepared to try and help.
i contacted calor customer service and they sent me two FOC by post.like you took ages to find one because no one sells them.

I think Swift are just being bone idle. Somewhere in the system there simply must be a disc which is holding the graphics for your caravan.
I simply don't believe that graphics just over a year old can be obsolete.
The disc can be loaded into a CAD system and the section you want, run off in minutes. It ain't rocket science and someone at Swift needs a "swift" kick in the pants.

The chap we spoke to at the Repairers seemed genuine enough and like Vic says, they need a swift kick in the pants. It makes you wonder whether it's worth sticking with this group. Has anyone else had any problems with Swift in getting parts.
