when i turn on the tap in the bathroom/toilet water comes out OK, but then the shower also starts to release water. Not full pressure but not far from it

if i turn on the shower, water comes out as it should but none out of the bathroom tap.

this happens with both hot and cold taps.

kitchen taps are unaffected at all.

anyone have any ideas how to fix or stop this happening ?

im not sure what you mean by that

surely if the pump had more power then MORE water would be coming out when it shouldnt

if i turn on the taps water comes out normally PLUS it comes out of the shower at the same time when it shouldnt be

it also now happens when turning on the kitchen taps - water ALSO comes out of the shower head when it shouldnt be

the shower head is a bog-standard cheapo not twistable type

If water is coming out of the shower head when it shouldn't you probably have a seal gone on the shower head tap.
