Have just purchased this brand new to go with our van and we put it up for the first time last week. When you open the front panels should it have an extra pole for when you have the windows half way, sort of like a veranda. Don't know if I have explained this very well! Any help appreciated.
Many thanks, that solves that one. Also is there a quick and easy way to put up the curtains on those silly curtain poles. According to the instructions it has been designed so its quick and simple. I think not!
I found them easy. have an isabella they are hard work. silly little clips, that come off when u open the curtains. and they arent cheap to buy.i would rather have the alloy poles anyday.

our old awning was a ventura with the poles ,first yoou add 1 cuurtain to half the pole and place rubber stopper in the loop the put the other pole in extending it beyond the loop next add curtain and slot the poles together if you see what I mean,our new awning is an isabella and I brought poles ,added loops to the awning ,turned a hem on the curtains as I didn't like the silly little clips that kept coming off,hope this helps
