Has anyone ever ordered anything from this site?

I ordered a used light cluster for our caravan a few weeks ago and it still hasn't turned up.

I've sent a number of e-mails and had no reply and there doesn't appear to be a contact number on the site

I payed on my credit card via nochex so I think I'll be getting on to nochex to see what they can do, but if you are thinking of ordering from these guys you might be in for a wait for your goods.

just an update on this, despite a number of attempts to contact these people I've still had no response to my e-mail and they've switched their phones off apparently

I payed by nochex and they are no help as they are not willing to get involved in disputes with sellers.

I'm going to write to them today and if I get no joy from that I'll see what trading standards can do.

Glad to hear you have received your item, you're very lucky as this firm has gone bust several times, been kicked off ebay under several names at least four times and has had at least 15 personal visitors that I know of calling to reclaim money from them, Thats why they use nochex or cash, approx 2 years ago I was in a small group owed money from parts that never arrived that took them to court but of course they wound up the firm then opened the next week under a similar name.

I see yet again new management,
