Please can someone help me. We have had some work done on our motorhome, which we did not want, but it happened (probably due to mis-communication). A top box was fitted. Anyway as a result we now have a leaky roof. We have taken it back once for repair, but the leak has reappeared. The people responsible (MG Caravans in Hertford) are refusing to remove the box and make good to the roof.

To make matters worse they have been rude and discriminatory, at one point asking to speak to my husband rather than me.

Any advice on what we should do.
