Hi Everyone,

Hope you can help with this one?

I'm really confused with this one! And I've seen lots of posts, but still can't make my mind up!

Satelite sets, the ones that come with the box, "Do you still need an aerial going into it?" our van is quite old and doesnt have the aeriel socket! manual aeriel is what we use!

Where we go in the caravan has very bad aerial reception, and we are hoping that buying the satelite set we would pick something up! Does anyone think this will help?

I thank any1 in advance for their help! and if you could reccommend any?

To recieve satellite pictures you will require a dish. If you buy one of the suitcase kits from the like of Maplins it will come with everything you need. Being recent converts to satellite TV we find that you get a far more reliable picture than with an aerial.

I always use sky, and in that case you don't need an aerial, just a satellite dish and a scart lead between the satellite box and TV
