We have AA roadside relay . Phoned the AA today for some cover for car and caravan in europe, They said they would cover me in the uk for the caravan ,but at 24.5 feet it is to long to cover in europe ,they will only cover caravans up to 23 ft Which is odd to me Why they cannot cover it any where in Europe outside the uk. Will have to change to RAC later this year, Do they cover in Europe ,Anyone know

yes they do - but you'll need to check the total weight of your car and caravan as they have a maximum weight that they can carry and tow at the same time. I have a Land Rover Discovery and an old Abbey GT and this is right on the maximum limit...!!!

Try CIS insurance - the car insurance may be cheaper than your present insurer and they provide breakdown cover for both UK and Europe for £54 per year!!

Well i know I'll be changing to the breakdown cover offered by the Caravan Club when renewal comes round as they have no weight limits - and there much cheaper...lol

That's given me something to think about.
Range Rover and challenger 480, I wonder if they are over the weight limit for AA. Caravan is light but car heavy. I must check up on that,Cheers.
