Hi new2towing
No question is silly.
A jockey wheel is the third wheel on a caravan or trailer.Used to make it stable when moving the trailer about manually and used to level front to back when putting your caravan on a pitch

Now a winch it totally a different thing. So I imagine a jockey wheel winch it a winch that attaches to your jockey wheel to enable the trailer to be winched up or down an incline. I would think this would be used more for launching boats where the actual trailer is put into the water (obviously it can't still be attached to the vechile) the boat floated off and the trailer winched back onto land

does that make it any clearer for you ?
