I got a 15" LCD/DVD player from Asda for about £100.

Just make sure that the TV is powered from a seperate 240Vac/12Vdc mains transformer.

Some have a 240V lead permanently cable in therefore no good.

I also bought a 12Vdc power conditioning module from Ampermor or something which ensures a regulated 12Vdc supply to the TV irrespective of the battery voltage.

I did the same for a 12Vdc freeview box but power that direct from the caravan 12V as it's not so picky on input voltage.

These special 12Vdc appliances from caravan shops are outrageously priced!

Try a a company called In21now. They are a mail order internet site but are extremly helpful.
