Has anyone actually bought a Provence model from this new range and if so what have your experiences been? We are mostly happy with ours but don't like the make-up of the rear double bed. However we configured it, there was always a gap between the cushions. Eventually dealer discovered that Bailey had failed to supply an infill cushion and had one made for us. It's still not brilliant, and now means that we have to use up valuable wardrobe or bunk space storing it during the daytime. Would have chosen a different model if we'd realised.

Hello and welcome to UKCS Karendavies, we did look at  series 7 Provence the other day.  I would have brought it there and then but we have only had the Swift Challenger 510 for less than a year.  It is s lovely van though.

What excellent service service from your dealer, instead of insisting that Bailey supply all of the caravan that you had paid for, they just make up a bit & expect you to be happy with that.

After that experience I think I would have chosen another model, maybe a Hymer or a Defleffs.

We've bought a Provence, not taking delivery yet though, we'll get onto the dealer to make sure the cushons are all in place before we take it over. Am I to understand there's an additional cushion for the rear bed?

We bought the Provence beause we like the seperate shower cubicle in the washroom. Had we been able to put the Ardennes on the drive, we'd have gone with that., When we measured up, it would have fitted on with a couple of inches to spare & with two new drivers in the family I prefer to have a bit of garden wall between their cars & the rear of the caravan.
