How many do you actually see on the road or on campsites? about none.

A car roof mounted tent, summat more popular on the continent than here would do most of what that does for a fraction of the cost.

You would'nt fit fence panels in it, they would have to go on your roof rack, but obviously it should sell well to small horse owners, wouldn't want to sleep in it after the small horse tho.
