Hi
I have a enduro mover fitted and its worked really well from new, we bought it last march and in october it stopped working. We have been sent a new remote but its still not working.
Has anyone got any ideas please as I cant move my caravan without it, it just fits into the gap we have and its impossible to move without the mover.
Thanks

Hi, Lots of potentials I guess and I am no techno.. so basics from me as a starter.
Batteries in remote are good? Battery on van is good and charged? Unit is on via On/Off switch in battery box area(assumed that it has one)? If the module/ECU has an LED light on it, is this on, does it indicate that the unit is receiving the signal from remote?
Can you not call ENDURO.. thats what they are there for?

It appears that there is no isolator switch, where do I go from here?
I have tried resetting the box with the button but as there seems to be no power to it, it seems pointless

Are you sure there's no isolator switch, they are normally in the same box with the main battery

Hi
Was it self fitted?
There are 3 red and 3 black wires at the control box. 2 reds and two blacks are from the motors, 1 red (slightly thicker) goes to the isolator switch and the remaining black goes to the battery negative.
If you follow the wires back, and both go direct to the battery, then there is definately no isolator fitted.
The red cable on mine looks like this, the black circular bit is the isolator (rear view).

Thanks, no it goes straight through the side wall into the battery locker and then straight onto the battery.
Do you think its worth disconnecting it from the battery totally then putting it back on?

check the voltage of your leisure battery ,as with no isolater i suspect there could be a slight drain on the battery and could mean your leisure battery is not giving the correct volts to the mover control box , ------------- John
