Came out of Kendal on the A6  Sat 23/2 following (another car in front of me) this old van with a reg No something like K3765 which wasn,t the same as the towing car. There was 1 of these trailer boards on the back with no number on it. I had trouble keeping up with it- doing 60mph up shap itself & a curtain inside was flapping about. Managed to get alongside at 1 stage & OH. took note of the towcar. Haven,t started chapter 2 yet

Sounds like there's a good story here!

Well we are hairing down this straight & I,m saying to (she who must be obeyed ) get your pencil ready, I,m going to overtake. So I am gradually inching or centremetering,  depending whether your metric, alongside the towing vehicle. I,m shouting "can you see the number & THEN arrg.............I,ve missed the turning to the hotel!

Somebody towing an old caravan, lights dont work so they put a lightboard on the back, so what?

Its new caravans that get stolen, sounds like this one was being towed to the scrappies.
