Probably someone new to the ranks of caravanning, picking up their new eBay aquisition, who hasn't read the do's and don't so regularly published on this website.  No officer I didn't know the caravan would end up on it's roof if I topped 100mph.  Aren't stabilisers what you put on a kid's bike?  I thought it was meant to wiggle around like that.........
