the Bailey company has taken in & repaired /replaced these panels on caravans up to their 6 year warrantee period

The problems come if you have not had the caravan serviced within the time frame as laid down in their warrantee terms

Or If like myself you bought second hand a pre september 2005 caravan as prior to september the warrantee was not transferable to the new owner

how ever you can still fall back on the sale of goods act as a few members of this website have succesfully done

Not sure I have missed it somewhere, sorry if I have but what make is your caravan?

We have a 2007 and had to have a new front and back due to them both cracking under warranty without any question.

You say that you have been up to date with your services.

How many years ingress warranty is there on the van?

what has the dealer said who you bught it from?

What do the makers say?

Sorry if I missed sommething somewhere.

It was no doubt the extent of this ABS problem that probably caused the development in the Alutec build system by Bailey.I often wonder what other manufactorers have done to resolve the problems as many still seem to be using abs front & rear & are stil using wood frames in the van construction
