Hi

We bought a fleetwood heritage 640 es at the end of last season and my husband was trying to get things set up tonight as a trial run for going away at Easter. We don't know if there is an instruction manual missing or not but we really cannot understand how the system works. We cannot get the water to connect and are having a few other teething problems if anyone can help we would be really greatful. Thanks in advance

What is it about the water you cannot connect?

We just can't seem to work the computerised system that sets up everything including the water. Just had another look in the file we got from the dealer and definatley reckon there is a manual missing it's so frustrating our old van didn't have a computerised system and was so easy to just hitch off and enjoy our holiday. It's the pump it just won't start up.

hubby is trying to fill the onboard water tank but nothing is happening and the control panel is just displaying 'water level low' and is continuing to beep. Cannot access any other setting in the van and can't get any further.

Look under the front bench (if your inlet is in the front) you will see two small toggle taps plus instructions on how they work They need to be set in the right dierection depending on what you want to do The electric panel just shows how full the tank is 1 to 4 and switches on the pump.

Also controls 12volt power mains etc
