Hi Everyone, I am shortly taking delivery of a new Bailey Pageant Sancerre and will obviously need a new awning as I was not clever enough to get a van the same size as my old one.
There are plenty of awnings on the market (a bit mind blowing really) but I'm not quite sure what to go for.
Can you give me some advice on what you all think are good quality / good value for money awnings.
My only real criteria is that it has to be a full awning not a porch awning.
Also I will have a used Harrison awning for sale once I get my new van at the end of april. The quoted size is 942cm. It is in good condition overall but has one small split on a seam in the corner and a very small hole in the roof (about the size of a pen tip)
I was trying to put a photo on but I can't work out how to do it.

Many Thanks

-------------
Gavin

http://www.discover.co.uk/awnings/full/1  We bought the harringtons full awning - used it at half term in Feb - impressed and seems good value for money.

We have just bought a new bradcot classic, I would recommend them after I tried a cheaper brand new one, the Bradcots are excellent value for money, easy up alloy poles great too!
Or the Bradcot active is also excellent, had one with our previous van - fab.
Look on Camping International website, they are selling classic 2009 model as a special offer, we saved over £200 for a 960cm. Only got it in blue on special though!

You wont be disappointed.

We're after a new awning too, I spoke with two dealers the other day, I started by asking for a price & availability of a Dorema Senator Lux & had one trying to sell me a Bradcot Active which seemed very cheap while the other was advising me to leave it alone. One of them has to be wrong.

We've decided to go for another Dorema Senator Lux, good awning for the money IMO. Don't know when to order it yet though as the van's not due here for a while.

I can recommend NR Awnings. Everthing first class including after service when I enquired about a couple of spare items. I decided to order the bits and had them in 2 days. You can see it in my profile.
