Right, we've had the debate about which mover is the best, which raised some interesting views, particularly as we all seem to say "mine's the best!!" (I include myself in that)
I've always been of the view that they all work well, so price is the key factor.
But I might be wrong
So if anyone actually has one make, and wishes they hadn't, please let us know, and why. Please limit it to your own actual experiences as a independant USER.
the one we had that fitted in place of the jockey wheel on our old europa 500 was total pants !!!! .wouldnt get up the incline from road to drive and wouldnt go at all if the surface was slightly damp.
our Rhyno is absolute s***e, hate it, moves the caravan about 3 foot then you have to push the bleeeding thing whilst pressing the button to get it to move,
Customer service from them is apalling, made loads of calls never been called back, even went to speak direct at the show and had to wait weeks for a call back

That really is surprising, and a shame, because we've been impressed with ours.
Hope you get it sorted.
Jim.
Amazing, because our Rhyno works really well, we have not a bad word to say about it. We decided on the Rhyno after speaking to as many people as possible on site with various movers, and also searching on numerous on-line boards. 100% satisfaction with Rhyno persuaded us that that was the one, and we have never regretted our choice.
Thanks for the responses. With the lack of loads of problems, it seems that I wasn't far off the mark in thinking that they are all good, so the choice isn't which is the best, so we can all give up saying "mine is the best"
I've not forgotten the one negative we've had from Gazmister. His practical problem might be quite simple to solve, but for me, the lack of support is the biggest problem and something which would stop me buying a Rhyno.
We are down to personal preferences now, my preference was for an Enduro, but for pretty basic reasons (It was the cheapest and I live in Yorkshire, and the sales girl was pretty!)
Anyway, thank you all for responding (or not, in this case )
We went for the Powrtouch Mover, with our choice influenced by good reviews and the 5 year warranty. Only had it a little under 2 years but it's been faultless and has coped with a variety of surfaces, including very soft muddy grass, and deep gravel.
It wasn't cheap and we had to upgrade the leisure battery but it shifts our tonne and a half of 'van with ease. I have problems with my neck so struggle with heavy lifting / pushing - no longer an issue with the Powrtouch. OH is a paramedic so needs to look after his back and I always worried that, with me not able to put the full effort into shifting the 'van, there was a danger he'd hurt himself - love the peace of mind we now have.
