We have an Elddis Avante 524 and we have only 2 off 3 pin sockets on board ,which can be a pain in the butt now and again .Is there any easy way to add extra sockets on a spur or for inside and out if possible .
I could do with an extra one at the back end of my van for the teens!! My old van had 4 sockets in, new one got 3 but external one as well but none at the back. Hope we both get good advice!! LOL

Its quite straight forward if you are ok with electrical work. Just spur a socket off the circuit board or from a existing socket. You can buy sockets to match the van's ones.
As for external its easy to wire but a bugger to cut holes in the van. A simple external power is to drill a hole in the floor or put a wire through a vent. You can buy 3 pin external sockets which are weather proof. Putting it under the van avoids holes in the wall.
If you fit an external socket then it is wise to fit a switchable fuse in the circuit to isolate it.
