ok heres one using new van for first time went to spend a penny might i add first on ever in loo and i noticed full light is on any ideas??? thanks simon
Simon....the float in the cassette has possibly got stuck, shaking the cassette GENTLY with some fluid in it may dislodge it. Or you may have an electrical fault.
erm debbie no switch its in the toilet thanks jennifer we only put batteries in yesterday at dealers never noticed it so may be i will try a little shake as you sya just dont want to go charging in and kill it alltogether not sure how dealers like toilets not the nicest of things to be messing with is it!!
If a GENTLE shake doesn't work then you may need to ask your dealer. Do not shake hard, you could damage it!
We have the opposite problem, ours does not come on at all. Not too bothered as it is easy to see when it is full.
There is a fault finding guide somewhere, try the Thetford site, or Michael is good at posting info, I can't remember the other site that has the fault-finder!
They work in a similar way to your car fuel level. They are a little flotation device which trip a switch which lights the full light. It's likely the floater (pardon the pun) has got stuck like someone suggested.
