Hi all, I have an older model Sunnflair Majestic Luxe awning still in almost perfect condition except that (after loaning the caravan to a friend who couldn't understand the 4 slider system on the zip out doors and side panels), I am now missing 2 sliders. I have contacted Sunncamp who say that they don't have zip spares for these older awnings, have searched everywhere online, even ordered two lots of sliders that by my measurements should have fit but didn't (too big). These are the moulded plastic zips that Sunncamp used before they switched to the spiral self repairng zips, and seem to be an odd size (or at least a size that I can't find, certainly not in New Zealand). If anyone has an old Sunncamp awning with these type of zips that they are throwing out, would you be prepared to salvage some of the sliders and send them to me? I am more than happy to pay your postage costs.
I thought the chance of that might be slim, so does anyone have any suggestions where I could get hold of a couple of sliders the right size (would have to be someplace that would ship to NZ as very few places seem willing to)
