Hello. Can anyone help with advising on how the horizontal pole farthest from the caravan attaches to to left and right uprights on a Dorema Hilton porch awning . I've just bought a secondhand Hilton porch awning and am struggling with this bit. The left and right uprights have a lug on them and the cross pole has a clamp type arrangement at each end. I can't for the life of me work out how the 2 fit together.

I've no knowledge of the Hilton but found this My Link.

The instructions for their porch awnings start at page 41, maybe of some help until an owner of one comes along.

it goes on when you put the two corner bits on , the pole should ajust to fit over the two pins that go through the fabric, under the fabric ,

i have a hilton ad if its drafty is a real sod to get up

Thanks for that. What do I do with the clamps at each end of the pole? Just leave them off and put the pins through the holes where the clamps where?

the clamps should make it tault if it doesnt the front inside assembly is the wrong way around
