Raise the caravan a bit using the ramps used to level a van or blocks of wood.

Hi, we have an ABI adventurer too.  There aren't many about so it is good to come across another!

We use a Towsure portico porch awning on ours.  The portico is the width of the van so that is fine for us, any bigger and it would flap around the sides.    Because the door is at the back of the adventurer the height can actually vary more than if it was at the side depending upon the slope of the pitch.  The write up on the portico says awning height of 230 to 245 and it fits ours fine so far.

The techlite looks awful wide to go on the back of the van?

Oh yes, our full size awning is a trio, probably the same type.

Have you got an awning channel on the side as well then?

Still I'm sure the height of the techlite will be fine for you on the side if our porch awning is ok on the back of ours.

yes we have an awning rail with a carvanstore zip attached to it, but the techlite looks a lot easier to put up than the caravanstore with the side panels and front which take awhile to put together, we mainly use the caravanstore as a sun awning, which we will hopefully use this weekend at ccc cheddar, where im writing this from
