Hi

In my experience they are interchangeable, I used NR poles on a Bradcot with no problems.

I have had spare poles from Waudbys before, but you really need to take the old bit in and they'll try and match it.

We ordered 2 long poles from nr awnings for £30 including delivery.  It seems a lot but none of the dealers i went to had any for sale that would fit.  Though some of them did carry spares from old awnings none of them suited.  The people at nr were really helpful and even though they said 2 - 3 days delivery it came the next day.
