Hi

I've been thinking of a mobile service now our caravan is on a seasonal pitch, I saw this guy in the area, anyone used him?

Caravan Chris HERE

He is NCC approved and says he can service all new caravans, does this affect the warranty on my Sterling regarding damp?

Used him for last 3 years and he has always been spot on. He has done servicing, reairs and fitted motor movers etc. Just a warning tho he is booking about 4 weeks in advance. Mention me if you ring him lol

Hi,

If the Workshop is on this list: NCC Approved Workshop's then they are Approved to service ALL NEW Caravan's, and that even includes the ones which Dealers will tell you have to be serviced by them, (which are mainly Bailey's and Swift's)

The beauty of using an Approved Mobile Workshop is that you know that the guy who turns up to do your service is the guy that holds all the Qualifications and has all the experience, which the same can't be said for a dealer.

The guy you mention IS on the NCC Approved list so therefore he can service your knew van and it won't affect your warranty.
