We had our caravan stolen at the beginning of May. Have learnt today that insurance have agreed to replace the Vendee with a brand new Pageant Sancerre (our choice). It's taken a time to sort, but we are so relieved to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will be a few weeks before we get the new van, but we are really looking forward to it. Can now go ahead and hopefully book somewhere for August - if there's anywhere left - we fancy Cornwall.

I really like the Sancerre. That would be my caravan of choice if we only had 2 kids.

Well done,

I always believe that some good can come out of a bad situation & I also believe in karma.

We are picking up our first caravan in the next few weeks & I would be mortified if it was stolen.

I suppose it's the world we live in today. All we can do is make it hard for the scumbags to take what we work so hard to have.

Nice to hear a positive outcome for a change.

Thanks for the comments. Autobahn: we were insured with the caravan club/Devitt. It was not a 'quick' process, but no problems at all with the insurance. They were very fair.
