off to cornwall friday, to wayfareres adult only site near penzance for 10 nights cant wait. i have promised not to get to stressed putting the new awning up. i feel relaxed already just the thought of no kids, not anbody elses just ours, i am sure they get worse the older they get, even when they leave home they are a pain in the butt, i love them really but they seem to think are lives revolve around them, think i might forget my mobile aswell. roll on friday
we're off to north wales on sunday for 10 nights although not an adult olny site. We are looking forward to a bit of a relax, might even read a book or 2 and drink a bottle of wine or 2. The site we're going to has very little mobile phone reception so i just might get a bit of peace and quiet as no1 will be able to text/call me! (I will leave the campsite phone number with my daughter just incase of an emergency!!!)
Its great our kids rarely come with us now and when our daughter does the 5 berth van is taken over with mess and hair products and straighteners and feels really really small!! Love her really!! LOL

Off too Hendra at Newquay on friday for 3 weeks. I need this long after the week i have had. Bring caravan home on wednesday & start to get it ready. 4 new tyres needed & brakes need adjusting. water system needs flushing. It needs a wash & polish. I am sure there will be loads more on top of this. Its going to be a long week.
Its funny listening to you all about kids not going away with you anymore! We are nearly there and i feel really guilty when i say can't wait until we are going away by ourselves but you've made me feel better and that i'm not alone feeling like this! I love them to bits of course but life will be much easier: quieter, calmer, cheaper (not having to use school holidays and not paying for them!). Enjoy your holidays and think of us we have a couple of more years before we are child free!
