Hi all, l would just like to say not all caravan dealers are bad. l've just bought my second caravan from LEISURE SALES and they have been great every time.The service dept which is managed by Gary is second to none, nothing s too much trouble to him.The caravans new or second hand are all clean and serviced before you take them away, lm sure there must be lots of customers out there that will say the same,so just go down there and take alook lm sure there will be something for you. thanks for reading my note Mel
I'm with mzzy on this one. The proof of good service is how they react when there is a problem. We've just bought ours new from White Arches and within the first month the control panel conked out. ( I think it might have been faulty from new) I phoned, spoke to service dept and although they were fully booked, they took our van in and got a new control panel & fitted it all in under 4 days. Now that I call service. Jan
