(Edit)That should read £10 - didn't all fit in! - Still great price

OK - I picked this up on Hot UK Deals (which is a great website by the way)

It's a great deal (do you know about Quidco Cash Back?)

If you don't like the look of it - don't shoot the messenger

Good offer. But I phoned them on the 'recurring annual renewal' and I have to sign direct debit, which means my renewal will be taken next year at £99 or I am in default. Still a good offer, so thank you for the info.

Certainly a good offer oxter especially using a cashback site - I use Top Cashback!!

I have just renewed my breakdown cover with Autoaid for £35 this includes home breakdown, roadside assistance, relay cover and cover for caravan and small trailer which will be towed to your destination (not the return trip like Mayday!). Auto aid is not widely known and I found it via the Martin Lewis site a few years ago and have yet to find anything to challenge it.

One big difference with Autoaid is that all costs are paid 'up font' to the local breakdown / towtruck company contacted by Autoaid and then claimed back. I had to use them two years ago when the auto gearbox on my 406 gave up when crossing the Woodhead Pass and I was impressed by both call out and cash back procedures.

Hope this helps

Alan

I havn't looked into it yet, but surely you just cancel the direct debit shortly before it is due for renewal?
