In my lovely van

I am gutted

spoke to the dealer today and they will ring on monday to discuss when it has to go in

I love my van and this has really taken the shine off it :o(

its coming up 3 years old

 well its going in to the dealer on the 2nd september and they have said we will have it back for the pillaton meet on the 17th

have asked for a ful damp test which they have said they will do then they want it back again in 6 months to check it again

all in all impressed with the service .......so far lol 

we only bought it in feb

and what they didnt tell us was that it had missed its first service so the 6 year ( i think ) ingress  warranty is invalid grr

That can be challenged regardless as to whether or not it was serviced, that would not in any way affect it getting damp.  If this becomes an issue let me know as I can offer you some very good advice from experience that may help your situation, but it will need to be done off forum.  I am sure that admin will be happy to pass on email addresses if required.

I don't think Swift monitor this forum but they certainly do with Caravan Talk. Ask on the Swift Forum there and you will get a reply by return. You can PM them direct. I, and others, have fantastic service from them.
