You only need a 12V if your not going to have a pitch with mains electricity hookup. We just have a normal LCD tv and plug it in the mains socket near the floor.

Most LCDs are 12V and have a 240V transformer, problem is that when on EHU the 12V socket is giving out 13.8V so the TV may not like it.

At the moment it just goes on the table. I'm trying to find a bracket to put on the wall, but it needs to be able to angle the screen a bit so we don't get shadowing also i'm not sure how much the wall can hold.

That is exactly what my problem is i am not sure on mounting a small tv in the rear, the rear cupboard doesnt look up to much to be honest especially for mounting a tv..Would look cool though17 ,at the moment i just take my 17" laptop along and put it it on the rear bedroom table..Think i will wait for someone to do the tv mod before i attempt it..Cheers anyway(think i might have a word with that 12v ltd, the company is not to far from me they might reccomend a decent bracket..

I didn't think I would be using my van without hook up, but sometimes to caravan where you want to be you have to go without. Now I'm glad I have a tv that is 240/12 volts!

There is a bit strong enough for the TV bracket to screw into on the sliding door wall.  If you feel and tap the wall you will find it.  Bailey have strengthened that bit of wall specifically for a TV bracket to go onto.  If you want a visual picture have a look in the brochures to see one fitted.

The bailey pegasus had one fitted to the sliding door at the show & the salesman said it was strong enough to fit the same in the GT60.
