At the end of each trip I remove the toilet cassette and clean it thoroughly. However, how does everyone else clean the actual cupboard/locker? Reason being, my little boy (bless him) didn't realise that I was emptying the cassette and went for a wee! I am guessing that anything that falls into the locker bit drains into a gulley underneath and straight into the shower tray?
There is nothing in the instructions to say how to clean it. The temptation is to squirt the hosepipe around it but I haven't done this for fear of water going under the floor. I have cleaned it thoroughly with the special Thetford cleaning spray by the way! Just wondered if there is a better way?
every time we use our van when we get home i take out the cassette spray the locker with a disinfectant spray leave for 5 mins then attack it with hose, the water just drains away under the van..... i have a bailey senator.
