Has anyone seen a Stainless Steel Bumper Protector that has to plug socket bit holder one on each side, all the ones we can find have then both on same side we have a black on with them on each side but would like a stainless steel one

I know what you are looking for used to be available, because we did have exactly this on one of our past towcars.  Let it go with the car because we now have the 13-pin fold away type.  Perhaps the change to 13-pin has reduced the demand for the protector plate-cum-socket bracket.
