have just bought Whale Aquasource mains water hookup, allowing me to connect direct to a tap on site, without need of external pump. Does anyone use this, does it work ok without any problems? Be interested to hear from you, thanks.

hi iv'e had one for 2 years works great jusy wish the hose was a bit longer.

An Aquasource was provided with our current van when we bought it new, whenever we go away we always use serviced pitches if possible,  The present van will be 2 years old in October and so far to date we have spent over 200 nights in it, so as you can imagine the Aquasource gets used more than most. But I will also add that we always carry an aquaroll under the bed just incase.  Regarding the hose lenght, this is no problem as most caravan dealers sell the Whale extention hose, so treat yourself to one.

The only snag is that the pressure is lower than that provided by the pump.

I think you can use the internal pump at the same time to boost the pressure.
