Motor Home Drivers are not waving at each other

They are stretching their limbs

to prove that rigamortice has not set in !

I am a caravanner but also a motorcyclist. I don't wave when towing (never thought about doing it really) but 'nod' most of the time whilst riding my bike when seeing another biker. Bikers tend to stop and assist other bikers (I would) if they need assistance, but I have never seen caravanners stopping to assist other caravanners!!

We always wave at other motorhomers ( I can as my husband is driving, he will if it is safe to do so) and receive a wave back 9/10.

When we had a caravan, two years ago now, a lot of people used to wave -  this always brought a smile to our faces.

I also noticed in France more motorhomers not from the UK are waving and it's unusual if you don't get a wave and a smile from other UK drivers in our experience.

Also bikers in France kick their foot out to say "Thank you" when you let them into a space, I didn't realise what they were doing at first, thought they were trying to kick the vehicle - until my husband explained
