Whilst checking a pipe under our new caravan we noticed damage to the underneath of the floor.  The skin of the floor has been pierced on both sides, probably when the dealer fitted the mover.  The caravan is a brand new Pegasus and we are concerned about the warranty and breach of the construction.  The dealer wants to see the caravan although we have sent phots.  Suggestions please on what we should do next and what we should demand.

the floor will be drilled to fit the mover to route the wires from the motors to the main control box.this is normal.a large hole is not normal as a hole of a quarter of one inch is all that is required,no more than that.these should be sealed afterwards.
