I've got a 2001 Fleetwood Colchester 500 4 berth, had it about 5 years now. its a standard 4 berth, side dinette with end bathroom. I'm assuming its the same bodyshell as yours, Is it on a BPW chassis with a MTPLM of 1290Kg?
No major problems with mine. I keep shoving my damp meter into the furthest recesses, but still OK.
I've had to reseal a rooflight, as it started to leak, replace the spring damper in the towing hitch, sort out a bit of floor delamination, nothing a competent DIY'er counldn't handle. I don't think Fleetwood's are any better or worse than any other Caravan from that period. As with any nearly ten year old caravan, the most important thing is to check thoroughly for damp, and with a meter not just your nose!
