A member has mentioned that you can track your order for a Swift Manufactured Caravan direct with the factory if you have the CRIS number - can anyone explain how this works ?

Thanks very much for that Rob , My dealer has given me the VIN/CRIS number so I am " half way there " if I need to check the completion date for myself. Imay be a bit paranoid but dont want to wait a minute longer than necessary for the van

Hi Pete,

We too are awaiting a delivery, but our dealer has direct contact with Swift and is happy to give us weekly updates.

Their build schedule is currenly on time and our expected build date is 31st March.

Won't your dealer assist...he must know as they have to plan deliveries, pdi etc.

I have been give an estimated " Mid April" but will persue things to try & get a more definative date - which is what I need to fit in with site bookings & power mover fitments.
