We are looking at one these awnings or similar. As you can see from our galary pic our caravan roof is not fully level. Will this be a problem with one of these awnings ?

You will need 390cm of virtually straight rail. You need to think also about where the sides will be in relation to the windows and door as the 390 usually allows little flexibility in positioning unless on a very long van.

We had the 260 and found that ample for our needs.

Agree with what millermicm says.  We've got one (390) with our altea.  The first time I put it up it was over our lounge window.  The second time, I managed to get it pulled closer to the end of the van so that it sat between the lounge and dinette window.

Brother-in-law has a Kampa rally that looks nice.  Its walls are more vertical and it has a foam strip that stops the awning flapping and vibrating in strong winds where it sits on the caravan wall.

Both are alright for the money.  Hope you get one cheaply!

Kampa Rally 260 here too, and very pleased with it, the space that you loose by going smaller from the 390, is somewhat made up for by the extra depth and usable full height over the more sloping ones like the Sunncamp. The 2010 Kampa Models also come with adjustable front leg height making leveling far more easy.
