I bet op wishes he hadn't bumped it now.. ...However, I have to ask, how old was that blown tyre & did you ever find a reason for the failure of the casing?
Hi tentz repair centre reckoned I hit a nail or something similar and with 55psi in the tyre it just went pop.bad luck and just one of those things. Enabled me to get the fleetwood then subsequently our new abbey this year

The problem with caravan tyres is going around corners, the caravan will always take a tighter line. this will put the caravan wheel into the gutter where all the debris (punctures) collects. or the tyre may clip the kerb and damage the sidewall.
The age of tyres may be a factor too, I just changed mine as there were numerous tiny cracks in the sidewall
