Hi I phoned E&L this morning complained ,so cut a long story short ,they reduced the premium by £60 deleted my credit card details ,and promised to reimburse the difference,in future they will send me a renewal so I can pay by cheque.
ps they did not have an email adress for me,I never recieved a renewal ,they just took the money.I did not post this to start a discussion on their merits but just as a warning ,it seems a lot of companys are doing this kind of thing.Anyway I am happier now than I was yesterday. 4teejay
