I'd include how many owners in the top part of the ad, and mention if it is CRiS registered and if it has been regularly serviced in the main body of the ad. Could also note if it has been used by smokers or pets.

I may be completely wrong here but a lot of people looking at ebay auctions will be looking for vans at the cheaper end of the market.  A classified might be the better way to go.

Photos are really important - you need good, clear, light pics.

Where else have you advertised it?  The weight kind of limits your market as people just starting out would likely have to buy a bigger car to pull it with.  You may need to look at advertising where experienced caravan people will look?  On here, other forums, caravanfinder etc...  I think some dealers will also let you display it on their forecourt for a cut of the selling price altho no idea how much of a cut they'd want.

It's a gorgeous van.  Suppose at least with it not selling 1st time around you can re-think what to let go with it (bedding, cutlery etc...) if you're now thinking of buying another older van - you might want to keep hold of some of the stuff.  Hope you get the price you want really soon so you can move on.

We are having similar problems.

Our van is listed on UKCS, Preloved and Freeads. Plenty of 'can we have more pics?', and several speculative offers without even seeing it, but as yet no success. Its a pity as its a lovely van, with no damage whatsoever and was only used for two weekends last year.

Hence the reason for selling it!
