When you are going uphill the noseweight must decrease and downhill it must increase,so I'm thinking there can't be that much difference to worry about.
add to that the possibility of wind and slip stream uplift.ie.wind pushing against the front of the van and air pushing up the floor at the front van.this could make the noseweight lighter.
