we had the same problem with two well defined dips, we purchased a silent night mattress from makro but most places do some kind of similar ones ours is quite firm just what we wanted cost around £150-£180 and it was a mattress in a box
we just did as the instructions told us open and leave in the bag for 24 hours it will slow release then take out of bag and leave for between 3-5 days then we put it in position and took a sharp carving knife and cut away the corner, and hey presto done . we have a better night sleep in the caravan than we do at home !!!!!!!
