Please help stuck on site and have forgot how to change bp lite bottle,cant get regulator off ! anyone that can give me instructions would be of great help

Its a 27mm clip regulator, you do get different types but the little lever has 3 positions. Put it on the lowest position, then press inwards & lift regulator upwards. If it is the type with little red catch on black switch you need to lift red catch to move black switch.
