After spending £190 on the caravan service, got caravan home to discover my winch had died, so could not get the van into the driveway as it slopes upwards. So thats another £250 I didn't expect replacing that, so to keep the van off the street I took it to my inlaws house, didn't want to run over their flower beds as they have a turn in their driveway, reversed slightley to get a better turn and hit their brick gate pillar. So now I need a new awning rail and touch up paint. Can anyone give me the good or bad news as to how much Sunday is now going to cost me? It a Ranger 550/6.

Really sorry to hear that Michael. I suspect that a repairer would give you a better idea, unless you would consider doing the work yourself. A picture might help those who would be able to give advice.
I had a similar weekend: took the back corner trim off the new 'van on a roadside bollard on the way to site, then the motor mover had failed when we got home, and the Alko ATC doesn't fire any more.
On the bright side Mickey, I have a manual winch which (I think) I dont need any more. Postage may be a little hefty (it must weigh 5kg) but if you want to pay postage and contri to your favourite Charity, I'll send it to you. Its doing me no good sat in the garage.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
