Hi - sorry if this is a daft question - just bought our first van and know pretty much nothing!

Our van is a 1994 ABI Jubilee Equerry. I measured from the awning rail to the floor and it is 225cm...I'd really like a Kampa Rally 260 awning, but it says it is for vans 235-250. What kind of problems (if any) would this cause and does anyone know of a similar porch awning that would suit our slightly short van?

The awning would sit at a funny angle on the side of the van and the roof slope towards the van instead of away and leave gaps where the awning should sit against the side of the van.

I have the same problem, I am thinking of trying to alter the height myself by putting the awining on the caravan, pinning up the required amount around the bottom edge(where the join is for the mudflap), machine stitching and the reseal the new stitching with seam sealer.
