Apologies if this has already been covered in past threads.
What I'm after is an electric griddle, preferably of a square type, but simialr functions to that of a cadac.
Thanks

Depending on use I find an electric skillet invaluable, it's low wattage and works well just google Prestige A La Carte Electric Non-stick Cook N Serve
And if you use Amazon try searching for electric skillets there they have a good range.

We've got one of the electric griddles - a brilliant bit of kit. We also have a remoska, so hardly ever need to use the gas and they are very economical.

Ahh the remoska a tad pricey but a brilliant piece of kit and so low voltage you can use it in Europe where the electric can only be 3-6 amps
